http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1121185&uid= Visa: No h1b/OPT/CPT Job Title: SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Consultant (10+ years exp) Location: Hybrid Onsite:: Auburn Hills, MI ||Locals or nearby Contract: 10 months LinkedIn is must Must Have: Employee Central, SuccessFactors and HCM expertise Job Requirements: Manage the day-to-day activities of the SAP cloud-based SuccessFactors implementation Program Work with the Program Management team and other members of the Project Organization Responsible for the overall delivery of the project from the technical perspective including but not limited to design, configuration, data migration, interfaces, cutover, go-live etc. Ensure a proper delivery plan is in place in line with the organizational mandate, and execute the delivery plan to meet the goals of the program Ensure timely completion of project deliverables and that they meet the standards of the organization Manage risks and issues of the project including timely escalation and pursuit of resolution Lead and guide workstreams as well as perform individual tasks Collaborate with cross-functional teams Create and publish project status reports in a timely fashion Provide inputs to steering committee reports Technical Experience: 10+ years of implementing SAP HCM 7+ years of implementing SAP SuccessFactors (Cloud based SaaS) Experience in modules including but not limited to: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning Management System, Performance and Goal Management, Compensation, Variable Payment, Succession & Development, Reporting.
