Lead UX/UI sessions, guide design agencies on Drupal CMS best practices, and design web UX/UI components mapping to Drupal CMS. Be the single point of contact for design handoffs to the web development team. Design and architect headless integrations, provide technical guidance, and develop technical roadmaps with sprint cycles and estimations. Design and build custom frontend web applications, Drupal components, themes, email templates, Salesforce Lightning components, and Marketing landing pages. Ensure web applications meet accessibility standards (WAI-ARIA), SEO, and Core Web Vitals, being responsive across devices and browsers. Provide technical consultation services across Marketing tools and define/deploy QA automation frameworks. Continuously integrate and deploy changes through GIT, CI/CD pipelines, orchestrate production releases, and deployments. Host team meetings, sprints, huddles, and track team progress. Evaluate new tools/technologies. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science or STEM Majors. 8 years of experience in Drupal CMS Architecture, Design, and Development. 5 years of experience in React or Angular JS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. 5 years of technical product owner experience. 2 years of experience with Adobe/Google Analytics. Experience converting wireframes/mockups into responsive functional web applications. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Rally, JIRA, CI/CD). Desired Characteristics: Strong communication skills. Ability to work as an individual contributor and lead development projects. Strong desire for continuous learning. 4+ years of Drupal core development experience. Experience conducting workshops with business stakeholders in North America. Comments: 8 years of Drupal experience, 5 years in React or Angular JS, 2 years in Adobe/Google Analytics, and experience as a technical product owner.
