Experience in global environment or large environments an advantage Experience with VDI environments and MCS deployments Scripting: PowerShell and Citrix PowerShell scripting mandatory Vbs, json, yml Python an advantage FSLogix, WEM Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy Client: Windows 10 / 11, macOS, iOS Experience or willingness to learn Infrastructure as Code through DevOps scripting (GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, Packer) Experience in maintaining gold images for Citrix Workers and Virtual Desktops US: Technical knowledge and experience with AWS, Alibaba Cloud a plus HK: Technical knowledge and experience with Alibaba Cloud, AWS a plus Professional certifications (nice to have): Citrix (CCA/CCP/CCE V/N) AWS Cloud Practitioner1, Alibaba Cloud Certified Associate Microsoft (MCSE/MCSA) Security certifications are an advantage ITILv4 Competencies: Must have strong planning and organizational skills Ability to think strategically and act tactically Proven customer service and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and writing skills; accuracy and consistency is important Must be able to prioritize projects Must be a self-starter, Self-motivated Must be able to work positively and professionally with a wide range of personalities Develop and maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, KBs, and textbooks Highly efficient Excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal Sense of ownership http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=111733&uid= |
