We prefer candidates with the following experience and knowledge: Identify, troubleshoot and isolate Network inefficiency, API delays, identifying and resolving issues, providing solutions for IOT devices such as PDU/UPS deployed in data centers. Use different possible troubleshooting methods, tools to isolate network and service issues to identify the cause via splunk/SQL query in order to find the root cause analysis. Review logs to identify issues within customized scripts and work closely with our development team to remediate them. Utilized internal network management system to detect alarms, identify abnormal behavior. Work with the development team to automate and fine tune trouble ticket creations through internal ticketing system Identified and characterized product defects; document them in Jira tickets. Assisting in developing SOP and document them in Confluence.
