Ability to understand requirements and business intent Proven experience in designing solutions Excellent communication skills verbal & written. Must be able to perform well as an individual contributor as well as a project leader and onsite-offshore coordinator by working closely with customer and offshore team. Experience in planning , estimation, team management, stakeholder management (clients and its business users) Experience in project tracking and risk management. Preferred Skills CA - IDM / RSA Single Sign On Hands On /Knowledge Job Roles/Responsibilities Act as IAM SME at onsite with strong knowledge in Identity and Access Management Domain. Minimum of 8 years of experience in various IDAM solutions and must have expertise in OKTA IDaaS and IIQ/ID Now. Requirements analysis i.e. analysis of whether an application can be on-boarded onto OKTA/ID Now platform Technical design for on-boarding application/applications onto OKTA & Sailpoint ID Now platforms Provide technical mentorship to team members at offshore Project planning - Effort and schedule estimation and tracking against the same Interface with various stakeholders to ensure quality, completeness and timelines of deliverables pertaining to each phase of the SDLC lifecycle.
