REQUIREMENTS - Demonstrated experience implementing and program managing Telecom Network Operating System (NOC) Service Assurance solutions - General Telecommunications B2B Operations experience, with an understanding of the Order Entry, Order Management, Fulfillment, and Operations processes that support the Telecommunications industry - Demonstrated experience implementing and program managing Proactive Service Experience Workflow and Account Lifecycle Events solutions within ServiceNows Telecom Service Management (TSM) module - Experience with ServiceNow Telecommunications product portfolio, to include Primary - Telecommunications Service Management - Telecommunications Service Operations Management (TSOM) - TM Forum data structures and open APIs Secondary -Telecommunications Order Management (OMT) -Telecommunications Network Inventory (TNI) -Total comfort and ease in a customer-facing role - Excellent verbal and written communications skills -Public speaking and presentation skills - 2+ years of experience as a key resource for ServiceNow solutions in client environments - 5+ years of ServiceNow experience - 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience Keywords: green card http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1107950&uid= |
