The position is highly technical and balanced between engineering, operations, and management roles. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can act independently, lead other team members, and represent operations core values across the organization. What he/ do The candidate needs to have hands on experience in developing microservices using Spring Boot. Design or modify system architectures to meet certain business needs. Design solutions for potential problems. Work with business leaders to develop IT strategies. Help and work with leads in conceptualizing and developing proof of concepts Assist tech leads in solution implementation. Assist team in grooming technical tasks. Drive and assist team in build & deployments (prod migration) and coding. Remediate any performance issues identified during performance testing. Provide support and issue resolution for quality assurance team. What he/ bring Good 14 -16 years of overall experience At least 5+ years of relevant experience is a must Strong Hands-on experience on Spring and Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security Good experience in building REST and SOAP web services using Java. Experience with Web Services(JSON, REST, JAX-RS, Spring based REST services) Experience with Java and J2EE/Java EE (including servlets, JSP, JSF, JDBC) Strong understanding of Java concurrency, concurrency patterns, experience building thread safe code Good experience with messaging products like Kafka Strong understanding of OOPS & SOA principles, design patterns, industry best practices Experience with development tools like Eclipse, Git, Gradle, Sonar, Jenkins, Jira, Artifactory etc Experience with web application servers like Tomcat, Jetty, JBoss etc Experience with TDD, code testability standards, JUnit/Mockito Experience with scripting and working in a Linux environment Experience in working on large and medium scale software projects. Desired to have knowledge of PL/SQL, DDL, DML etc. with Oracle & SQL.
