The IT Data Architect provides the vision and strategy for the city's enterprise data analytics program while partnering with the application managers and business leaders to understand the evolving requirements. The architect also has a strong technical acumen of data warehouse/data lake implementations, strong leadership, short- and long-term planning, project management and development of standards and procedures. In addition, strong communication, leadership, and "self-starter" skills are critical to success.
