Understand specialized business requirements. Cultivate a deep understanding of the clients business, including their unique requirements and pain points. Functional Documentation: Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business use cases. Analyze complex business problems and help define solutions within the center point ecosystem. Collaboration and Solution Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and propose effective solutions. Evaluate IT infrastructure and facilitate cost-effective improvements. Collaborate with the IT team to offer technical solutions and resolve issues. Integrating SAP Software: Determine how to integrate SAP software programs to enhance targeted business processes. Assess business needs through process analysis, collaboration, and observation. Document SAP processes and prepare detailed business requirements. ETL and Data Integration: Maintain documentation related to ETL processes, data lineage, and data dictionaries. Testing and Validation : Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and data validation. Ensure accuracy and consistency. Requirements: Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, management information systems, business, finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst. SAP experience is highly desired, and related industry experience is preferred. Experience with similar business processes supported through SAP.
