As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering assigned projects in alignment with Amtrak s project management methodology. This role involves leading, coordinating, and actively participating in all project phases, including Planning, Requirement Gathering, Design, Development, and Deployment. Key Responsibilities: Manage weekly project cadence calls, monthly executive steering committee meetings, and other project-specific gatherings. Prepare financial reports, project status updates, and metrics generation to ensure project transparency and accountability. Lead Q-gate activities and PLMP processes, supporting the service owner and senior program manager in day-to-day project execution. Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including service owners and business stakeholders. Preference will be given to candidates with project management experience in procure-to-pay business process areas and familiarity with SAP ecosystems such as S4, SAP ECC, AOD, IBP, and BTP. PMP Certification is required, and PMI-ACP certification is a plus.
