Title : Sr. Director Business Intelligence & Analytics Location : Shelton, CT candidates Must be local or located in NY,NJ Visa : USC/GC JD : The Senior Director - Business Intelligence & Analytics will be responsible for executing strategy and analytics initiatives relating to brand & business performance. This individual will work with key individuals across the organization to identify outstanding opportunities, design and execute the required analytics and develop fact-based business strategies. Successful execution will require achieving the necessary buy-in from diverse stakeholders across the organization. Finally, this person will play a central role in the operational execution and delivery of determined strategic initiatives. Essential Functions: Execute multiple cross-departmental analytics and strategy projects directing all phases. Be an expert in the competitive marketplace and identify key areas of opportunity for the business. Deliver fact-based business cases including a strong financial rationale for change. Directly manage preparation of financial models in support of business plan creation. Be a thought leader within the organization providing holistic strategy solutions. In cases where testing is required, design, implement, and supervise field implementation of new programs and ideas. Build and develop key relationships at all levels within the organization. Skills & Abilities: Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, economics etc. Top tier MBA strongly preferred. 7+ years of strategy & business analytics experience in management consulting, investment banking or a corporate strategy role. QSR/Retail experience required. Skilled at developing and sustaining relationships, building collaborative partnerships, and being a liaison to a variety of constituents and stakeholders. Strong ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable recommendations for a diverse set of audiences. Strong executive presence, leadership, influencing and negotiating skills. Strong financial modeling and data analytics skills. Excellent drive, ambition, work ethic. Individual must have an entrepreneurial disposition and be comfortable with loosely defined direction.
