Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver best-in-class solutions. Architect and develop both frontend and backend components, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and architecture discussions, translating business requirements into technical solutions. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in software development, incorporating relevant tools and techniques into our development process. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions. Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and maintain applications in production environments. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Full Stack .NET development. Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and other .NET technologies. Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js). Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) and experience with ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Dapper, etc.). Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
