Position: Sr. MDM Developer with Healthcare Work Location : Remote (PST Hours) Required Work Authorization: USC, GC, H1 Only Project Duration: Long Term Project The MDM program supports an exchange in a variety of localized standards including HL7 variants and Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR). The overall solution and management of the data requires advanced healthcare knowledge including that of multiple federal data standards including FHIR, LOINC, SNOMED, NUCC, ISO, CARIN, and more. Required Experience: Healthcare experience is required Three (3) plus years experience in multi-domain MDM program Four (4) to Seven (7) years experience in ETL Development Five (5) plus years experience using SSIS Expert level SQL skills Preferred Experience: Two (2) plus years experience supporting cloud/on-prem migrations Experience using and/or integrating data with Profisee Experience using Azure Data Factory/SSIS Familiarity with FHIR, including Azure FHIR Service Understanding of database architecture, modeling standards Experienced with data visualization Strong understanding of the SDLC methodologies. Ability to work as part of a team. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Willing to learn new technologies and techniques. Skills / Responsibilities: Extensive ETL Development experience to support staging data, transforming data, and loading data into an RDMBS system including error handling and recovery routines and expert ability to control job flows. Expert ETL Development experience in building out data marts created to support Analytics, including current and historical data. Experience in agile development, DevOps, or other progressive development methodologies. Participates in Scrum and User Story Development using Team Foundation Server and Azure Dev Ops. Confirm requirements for development, create release notes, unit test. Coordinate routine upgrades. Able to act as a subject matter expert to ensure secure/restricted data conforms to client and organizational requirements. Helps develop and execute test scripts and testing methodology. Develops and maintains relationships with Application Analysts and Application Managers. Works with Application Analysts and Program Management to expedite projects. Participates in project management as assigned. Completes routine updates according to current policies and procedures. Maintains/updates metadata documentation with each release. Successfully identify code defects through unit testing and troubleshooting as needed. Ability to support technical release notes, Change Advisory Board (CAB), and Quality Assurance Teams. Ability to work collaboratively in a blended on/offshore environment. Ability to support Pacific Time zone hours as daily stand-ups occur 7am 11am Pacific. Performs other duties as assigned.
