Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an ADP Payroll Functional Consultant, with a focus on ADP Workforce Now or other ADP payroll solutions. In-depth knowledge of payroll processing, tax management, and time and attendance modules within ADP. Strong understanding of payroll compliance and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. Certification in ADP payroll solutions will be a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a related field. Experience with multi-country payroll implementations. Familiarity with other HRIS systems and their integration with ADP.
