During a migration, the DLP rules have some sort of business impact they dont want. This person will sit and evaluate the new rules in the new platform and help them tune the DLP rules so they have as little business impact as possible during the migration. They want to keep the DLP as tight as possible during this transition. Theyre on Trellix for endpoint and moving to Netskope. For email theyre on Trellix and moving to Purview (O365 product). Some technologies to look for: O365, Azure, Active Directory, Netskope (Theyre going to be opening a role for a senior person for Netskope specifically so keep an eye out.) Banking experience is a plus. Work ethic and motivation is very important, not years of experience. There will not be any tasks outside of that so someone whos 10+ years is going to be super bored and will be rejected. Would consider someone as junior as right out of college. Would consider hiring 2 people if the rates worked- going to release a second req today. Security Monitoring Analysts typically have the keywords but can not be a fit because they are searching for threats, this person is looking for business impacts vs. threats. As long as they can get out of the mind set of finding the bad and find the good, then they should be able to do the job so screen them on that. Job Description: Reviews newly implemented DLP rules and evaluates them to identify opportunities to tune out legitimate activity. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables. Must-Have Requirements: - 2-5 years of experience - Strong DLP rule tuning experience - Hands on experience reviewing DLP events and tuning them - Previous experience configuring DLP platforms, rules, etc. Interview Process: - 1-2 interviews to hire Keywords: http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1087984&uid= |
