Experience as a subject matter expert with this toll is preferred. The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for an ITIL Services Contractor. Ideal candidates must have 4+ years of experience with ITSM (IT Service Management) and designing, implementing and supporting business processes. An ITIL certification is preferred along with Cherwell.
