Mastery of Apex, LWCs, Flows, and other key Salesforce development technologies. Experience with various integration tools and API development. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, both onsite and offshore. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. At least two relevant Salesforce certifications (PDII, Advanced Admin, App Builder, Integration Architect). Experience with agile development methodologies.
