Drive the automation of testing to enable the broader team to move quickly in development while ensuring the quality of the client application, Provide best practice expertise in software testing. Review required project work products to ensure compliance with approved procedures and standards. Perform detailed reviews of interim and final tasks as appropriate. Ensure process improvement opportunities are reviewed by appropriate stakeholders. Propose Pega design improvements and advocate for end users. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 7+ years of IT experience and 5+ years experience with creating and executing automated tests Proven ability to thoroughly understand specified standards, procedures and product specifications and design test plans based on this information. Demonstrate expertise with the most recent and relevant technologies in the quality assurance review processes. Experience with PEGA Web Application Testing Experience with JAVA Web Application Testing Experience with SOAP and REST Web Service Testing User-driven mindset and strong understanding of user-centered design principles. Confident problem solver and solid communicator. Experience as a team player in a fast-paced environment. Sharp eye for detail, disciplined and organized. Resourceful, innovative and has demonstrated self-motivated work prioritization skills.
