Familiar with automated testing tools, agile methodology, JIRAADO and prior experience with product development an added advantage. Ability to communicate/collaborate effectively with clients, management and project teams. Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to work with a moderate level of supervision. 2 full implementation life cycles either as BSA or consultant, preferably including International/VAT deployments and Global D365 Consolidations Strong analytical and design skills. Extensive, hands-on application configuration and design experience. Previous work experience within a software company a plus other ERP system experience is a plus. Background in accounting fundamentals or CPA Excellent communication and presentation skills in interacting with management and communicating functional vision to both internal and external constituencies. Strong customer-facing experience and skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Strong desire to learn & highly self- motivated. Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment. Possesses a professional and cooperative attitude. Self- starter who works well both independently and on a team.
