Onsite Experience with ATT and Palo Alto Providing support and administration for network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points. Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software. Responding to network alerts and outages to resolve issues in a timely manner. Configuring and troubleshooting network protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc. Providing technical support to end-users for network-related issues. Collaborating with other IT / security team staff to resolve issues and implement solutions. Involved in document, design, migrations and roll to new sites.
