Key Responsibilities:                     Collaborate with marketing & communications to build and launch monthly communications as planned                     Create content for distribution at team, department and site meetings and to the Project Axis Ambassador network                     Identify and schedule opportunities to present/share to build awareness at meetings                     Identify any resistance to change and work with the project team to address                      Begin outlining training content per the plan                      Begin capturing metrics to quantify change management efforts (ex.
