C2C Duration: 6+ months with possible extension Job Description The activities this candidate will be tasked with include, but are not limited to the following: Complete the technical design of new application interfaces. Develop prototypes of interfaces and attributes, as needed. Develop new and modify existing software using best practices. Produce technical documentation pertaining to the design and maintenance of software, and system architecture. Plan, develop, and execute test plans and test cases designed to ensure a high level of software and data quality. Verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems utilizing knowledge of software applications and configuration. Conduct research on software and hardware solutions to support recommendations, analysing current and future technology trends. Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer for existing development staff. Scope of Work (Tasks) Client is looking for Applications Development Analyst services including, but not limited to: Complete the technical design of new application interfaces. Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer for existing development staff. Minimum Required KSAs: Knowledge of computer programming and systems analysis and design principles and practices. Knowledge of techniques of systems analysis and design. Knowledge of IT operations, procedures, and systems. Knowledge of process and data modeling techniques. Knowledge of Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) HL7 standard preferred. Skilled in use of standard desktop software. Skilled in use of common data analysis tools and languages (such as SQL and Power BI). Skilled in creating and implementing software test plans and test cases. Skilled at writing user and technical documentation. Skilled in verbal, non-verbal, and written communication. Ability to understand technical subjects and emerging technologies relevant to the organization. Ability to process information logically. Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments. Ability to communicate technical information effectively with non-technical stakeholders. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Ability to mentor other developers. Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstratable experience with the following tools and technologies: Azure DevOps FHIR HL7 MuleSoft APIs SQL Server C#.NET ASP.NET JavaScript CSS/Bootstrap Education: None required. However, applicable degrees and certifications will be considered in candidate evaluations.
