Job Title: UAT Manual Test Engineer Job Location: Jersey City, NJ / Tampa, FL / Dallas, TX (Hybrid) - (Only for Local Candidates) Job Type: Contract to Hire (C2H) Note: Only for USC& GC Job Description: Prepare, maintain, and execute test cases based on epics and releases; present results and supervise defects to closure Prepare, maintain, and execute scripts for manual testing Review test cases / manual testing approach with team members to ensure comprehensive coverage and acquire feedback Track test execution breakthroughs, and report on issues and risks with the potential to affect project timelines Construct appropriate end-to-end business scenarios through the application of a broad understanding of business objectives and goals Collaborate with delivery pipeline teams to drive adoption and resolve open issues. Identify dependencies for environmental and data requirements; lead and maintain environment and data. Provide mentorship to colleagues related to test coverage and test cases Develop a detailed understanding of the product being delivered Responsible for process compliance & associated documentation Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to supervise and mitigate risk; calls out appropriately Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience. Minimum of 6+ years of related IT experience.
