In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing SAP solutions related to revenue and claims cycles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP implementation, configuration, and support, with a focus on revenue and claims management processes. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements for SAP RCO and CCO processes. Configure and customize SAP solutions to support efficient revenue and claims cycle operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP modules with other business systems. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of SAP RCO and CCO functionalities. Analyze and address issues related to revenue recognition, billing, and claims processing. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support. Specialized knowledge in SAP Revenue Cycle Operations and Claims Cycle Operations. Strong understanding of revenue recognition, billing, and claims management processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
