In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP solutions, with a focus on the Broker Solution (ProducerPro). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP technologies and a deep understanding of the business processes related to brokerage or insurance. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Configure and customize SAP Broker Solution (ProducerPro) to meet business needs and optimize processes. Provide technical expertise and support in the development, testing, and deployment of SAP solutions. Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems. Stay informed about the latest SAP developments and technologies to recommend and implement improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support. Fielded with Healthcare Claims Cycle experience. Specialized knowledge in SAP Broker Solution (ProducerPro) is highly desirable. Strong understanding of business processes in the context of brokerage or insurance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
