At least five (5) years of specialized experience in defining computer security requirements for high-level applications, evaluation of approved security product capabilities, and developing solutions to Multilevel Security (MLS) problems. Be a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Cyber Forensic Professional (CCFP). At least two (2) years practical experience with implementing NIST CSF and/or NIST RMF including NIST 800-53 controls. Specialized Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of successful project management experience in IT related cybersecurity projects that were delivered on time and on budget. Preferred ~10 years of public sector experience MD agencies experience Experience with Election commission is a big advantage. Experience with election security and knowledge of the Voluntary Voting System Guidelines (VVSG) would be advantageous. Maximum of the following certifications Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) etc..
