Responsibilities: AEM Administration: Administer, configure, and maintain Adobe Experience Manager environments. Monitor and ensure the stability, security, and performance of AEM instances. Manage user access, permissions, and security configurations within AEM. Digital Asset Management (DAM): Oversee the organization, storage, and retrieval of digital assets within the AEM DAM. Optimize DAM workflows for efficient asset lifecycle management. Collaborate with content creators to enhance digital asset tagging and metadata management. Content Management System (CMS): Manage and support the CMS functionality within Adobe Experience Manager. Collaborate with content authors, editors, and stakeholders to ensure effective content creation and publishing. Implement and maintain content structures, templates, and components in AEM. Integrations: Integrate AEM with various third-party systems, applications, and services. Collaborate with development teams to implement custom integrations and ensure seamless data flow. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain data consistency. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor AEM performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations. Work closely with development teams to ensure efficient resource utilization. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with performance best practices. Upgrades and Patch Management: Coordinate and execute AEM upgrades and patches in collaboration with relevant teams. Ensure a smooth transition during upgrade processes, minimizing downtime. Documentation and Training: Document AEM configurations, integrations, and best practices. Provide training and support to content creators, developers, and other AEM users. Maintain comprehensive system documentation for reference and onboarding purposes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an AEM Administrator with a focus on CMS, DAM, and integrations. Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager architecture, configurations, and administration. Familiarity with DAM principles, content authoring workflows, and CMS concepts. Experience with AEM upgrades, patches, and integration with third-party systems. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
