The Software Quality Analyst/tester will be working on an agile software development team working as a member of a cross-functional team, you would work with various areas of the business (including Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders) to help produce business applications and infrastructure custom solutions. The successful candidate can work independently and will lead in the development, implementation and evaluation of test strategies, specifications, and models. They will be an excellent communicator that will provide expertise in understanding what to test, as well as how it should be tested. The candidate will lead the implementation of automated test frameworks and solutions for the team that they are assigned to. The QA will adapt to changing requirements/processes and develop common reusable test plans for Corewell Health's custom and vendor applications. They will also perform in-depth data analysis using SQL and related technologies to support quality activities and recommendations for solutions. The QA will drive QA process leadership for work groups, and product/service delivery strategy and work plans. The candidate when necessary, will be proactive in supporting the team in all areas (performs other duties proactively and assigned). Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Minimum Experience: 8+ years of experience as a QA with work that demonstrates direct hands-on over that period of time. 3+ years of experience working within the health plan/insurance industry Domain knowledge of the health plan/insurance industry in the following areas: FACETS , EDI x12 processing (flat files - 837,835,834/207/etc.) Technical knowledge (practices, techniques and demonstrated application) Skillset with common testing tools, Demonstrated Understanding and use of SQL with Database Application development (ETL) techniques. Analytical experience troubleshooting and resolving application or system issues Experience that is a plus above minimum: Automated software testing tools and frameworks Quality Assurance experience with Web Services demonstrated Experience with ETL AND back-end integration Proficiency in automated testing tools/frameworks (WebdriverIO, Selenium, JMeter, AWS Device Farm) Automated Functional Testing experience at all levels Experience working in an Agile-based work environment (SAFe, Scrum, XP, etc) Experience with Agile-based development workflows (TDD, BDD, ATDD, etc) Automation testing experience (Web, Mobile, or API) Thanks.
