Each scrum team 4-5 Full Stack Software Engineers, 1 Scrum Master, and other cross-functional partners. What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background, etc.) Excellent communication skills with a passion for iterative development (Agile methodology). Superb collaborator willing to partner across all aspects of software delivery. Strong mentor / coach, helping individuals develop in their careers. Able to problem solve in the tech space but not necessarily requiring hands on coding ability. Of the required skills listed, which would you consider the top 3 Communication, Mentor / Coach, Execution oversight (Agile methodology) What experience will set candidates apart from one another Proven experience driving execution best practices and helping teams deliver more effectively and efficiently What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position Accountable for the delivery and reporting of several Scrum Teams within a Program Establishing program level cadence and driving program level ceremonies (e.g. PMC Planning, Sprint retrospectives, backlog refinement) Work with other program leaders to drive the definition and refinement of the program backlog Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to the Scrum Master at the team level Ensure cross-value stream coordination and collaboration Serve as an escalation for impediment removal for the Scrum Master Maintain metrics that provide visibility to stakeholders on program-level progress and quality Act as a liaison to assigned program manager and project managers. Take responsibility for managing dependencies between the program team and third parties, release managers, or between the team and other scrum teams.
