This is a very hand on role that requires the individual to take ownership of their work. 10+ years of experience required 2. Technical Stack: The candidate should have strong hands-on skills with core Java, SQL, and Oracle skills. Java is the primary skill but this person will need to be able to connect to the database and query it using PL/SQL queries. 3. Financial Services experience within the last 5 years with at least 24 months in duration is a very strong +. If they don't have financial services, there needs to be a compelling reason as to why they would be a good fit (stability, working on complex projects, etc. 4. AWS and cloud experience would be a big + 5. This resource must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
