Our UX Researchers are part of the Teams Calling, Meeting, and Devices multi-discipline Design Team and we partner closely with Program Management and Engineers to bring the Teams experiences to life. We design for a variety of platforms and form factors including desktops, tablets and mobile phones. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating user experiences that empower our users to be more productive and efficient. In this role, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary research, design, and engineering team to define, and ultimately deliver the next generation of experiences for Teams. As a Researcher on our team, you will have the opportunity to employ a wide range of research methodologies including field research, traditional usability tests, prototype testing, survey, and telemetry research. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and executing proven research methods throughout all phases of software development to make recommendations and solve design problems. Great oral and written communication skills are essential as you will be working closely with Designers, Engineers, Program Managers, and other Researchers to garner support for research plans and ensure action is taken on results in a highly collaborative work environment.
