Strategic Development: Veritone or other Content Management Solutions UX/UI: Continuous website improvement and understanding the importance of a seamless user experience when navigating through event information, registration, process, etc. Same would be true for theCAAvault support for Strategic Development. Ensuring Branding Consistency across related sites and materials. Feedback encouraging a proactive approach to identify areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback on UX/UI. Understanding requirements for developing scalable and reusable website frameworks and understanding the importance of creating templates that can be easily adapted for other events. Since most of my apps are SaaS and we dont have a QA department or formal approach, I would emphasize the PM need to understand manual testing methodologies and requirements associated with cloud-based software testing. They should understand this will be hands on testing by them and they will have to proactively create test plans and identify all possible testing scenarios, conduct tests, identify, and document bugs and see them through to resolution. Bugs are tracked in Jira In my area the user acceptance testing (UAT) is frequently managed by us, but the role will need to partner and collaborate with the business to obtain their sign off and seal of approval. Should also understand regression testing requirements, bug tracking and reporting and have a continuous improvement mindset. Have deep understanding and empathy for customer needs, using user research and creative feedback mechanisms to validate product hypotheses and optimal product solutions. Who you are You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, working either remotely or in-person. As a product manager, you should be accountable as the voice of the products and customers you support. You are experienced in collaborating with stakeholders in business, IT and other corporate functions. You are familiar with Scaled Agile and Lean Portfolio Management concepts and practices. You have experience with Jira Software, and Confluence to document requirements, features, user stories, and bugs. We expect proficiency with testing approaches and experience in testing product features and troubleshooting bugs. You are curious and have a great ability to learn, especially about new business domains and workflows, and you are eager to expand your areas of expertise.
