We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Project Manager for a 6 month hybrid assignment with our Austin, Texas. This position requires extensive knowledge of OCM practices and state agency pension and benefits systems for retirement systems. You will conduct assessments and develop work plans to support the objectives of the client Program to implement an OCM framework and plans, and iteratively improve those plans over the course of the Program. You will ensure that all OCM deliverables align with the Program and develop the process for a seamless transition to the client for sustained implementation of OCM, Pre and Post-the program's Go Live. Responsibilities include : Maintain the project artifacts and ensure release management in accordance to client's practices and methods. Provide regularly scheduled progress reports and presentations on the progress of the OCM project to the Program Director, sponsors, and Executive Steering Committee. Ensure the completeness of all deliverables and ensure their timely delivery to the selected vendor. Provide feedback on any project issues and assist the Program Director during these activities.
