Good knowledge on adding multiple pages and adding widgets on portal in ServiceNow Ability to create/enhance existing flow designers for inbound and outbound calls with integrated systems via API and well versed with data exchange formats like JSON, XML APIs implementation Idea on scoped app and changes in various scoped apps Should know how to write business rule, Script includes, Email Notifications Server side and client side scripting in ServiceNow. Diagnose and isolate incidents, change, through testing and work to develop workarounds and/or fixes for system related issues. Document reproduction steps and generate defect reports. Understand business context and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation. Analyze system processes and develop enhancements to improve user experience and general system usability. Perform functional testing of system applications and updates/enhancements. Work with users to fully utilize the ServiceNow product suite. Ensure appropriate approvals for user access requests and assist in maintaining security of the system applications being supported. Have knowledge on workflow build or modify workflows based on client requirements. Incident, Change, Requests like service Requests or universal Requests, Catalogs, Tasks Ability on building Catalogs, variable sets, Client scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACL. Debugging skill along with coding skills is very important. Exposure and idea on various table or import set APIs. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions for problems.
