Facilitate Explore workshops (solution architecting, requirements gathering) with business managers, client staff, and end-users to determine business and functional requirements Review and/or perform design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA systems to meet client business requirements Ability to create business process procedures (BPPs), swim lane process flows, functional specifications, configuration guides and testing scripts Assist Data Stewards with Master Data transformation and load from legacy system to S/4HANA Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices Provide leadership to junior systems analysts and client personnel assigned to projects Requirements: 5 years of hands-on systems configuration experience within a leading ERP module (SAP) 3 full life cycle implementations of S/4HANA Successful completion of the rollout and localization of a global template Familiar with Agile methodology and its constructs Expert in using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Project) A&D / discrete manufacturing experience. Experience as a Team Lead involving a US deployment of an SAP S/4HANA global design with localization in US geography. Must be familiar with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) Must understand Government Resource Related Billing (RRB), Contract holdback & DOD Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) to achieve CAS compliance. Familiarity with Actual Costing, Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA), Workforce Authorization Management (WAM) and Defense Contractors Disclosure Statement requirements. Dassian experience a plus.
