The consultant would stand up new data flows, set up governance, framework, ways of working etc. The consultant would conduct the activities that any PM would do on any PM assignment. The consultant would be working with the Director of Outsourcing. So, in essence, what we really need is just a strong PM overall. And it can be a generic PM who has worked in the Industry and has the PM leadership skills.
