They aim to address potential problems before customers encounter them, with a focus on continuous testing. Installing products, ensuring the latest codes and patching, and configuring them for workloads is a high-priority initiative. Candidates should excel in configuring new tools, be willing to learn, unafraid to seek help, and proficient in Rocket z Product Installation, SMP/E processes, and the latest middleware. The role involves installing and configuring Rocket software in a ZRCE environment, with potential for automation in the future.
