Asset Management Analyst Asset Management Analyst responsible for the tracking of global IT assets in coordination with our Clients IT and Business partners, and ensures that retail technology assets are, tracked, received, recovered, deployed, and retired in a controlled manner. This role also oversees the contract/warranty management of IT retail assets. The Asset Management Analyst oversees the adoption of disciplined reporting processes from Ensuring both production and backstock asset tracking accuracy for international store for both day-to-day support and project delivery. The Asset Management Analyst will work closely with IT Purchasing and Finance partners to ensure that the financial records and reporting align to client standards, maximizing the value of our IT investments. Responsibilities: Track asset utilization and ensure assets not in use are recovered, inventoried, relocated, or disposed of in accordance with company policies and procedure. Develop processes, policies, standards, systems, and measurements to manage ANFs IT asset portfolio. Assist in budget planning and cost optimization related to IT assets. Generate reports on asset utilization, costs, and compliance. Coordinate with global vendors to track all assets received and moved into production or Depot environments. Manage IT Retail asset portfolio with respect to risk, cost control, governance, compliance, and project objectives.
