Responsibilities: Migration Planning and Strategy: Develop a comprehensive migration plan, considering the structure, permissions, and dependencies of existing documentation in Confluence. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure the successful transfer of information to Microsoft SharePoint Online. Content Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of existing Confluence documentation, identifying content types, metadata, and any custom configurations that need to be replicated in SharePoint Online. Migration Execution: Execute the migration plan, ensuring a seamless transfer of documents, images, attachments, and other relevant content from Confluence to SharePoint Online. Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the migration process. Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance checks on migrated content to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards. Collaborate with end-users to validate that the migrated content meets their expectations and requirements. User Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on how to navigate and utilize the SharePoint Online environment effectively. Provide ongoing support to users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting migration-related issues. Documentation and Reporting: Document the migration process, including methodologies, configurations, and best practices.
