The App Dev team provides custom developed enterprise and agency-specific solutions. This role is key to ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and our development team. The ideal candidate will: understand basic fundamentals of software development process work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into requirements define and prioritize features and user stories identity areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements conduct testing and provide feedback to development teams manage and communicate issues in coordination with Agile Delivery Lead, manage agile ceremonies The job will require working with existing teams including projects utilizing a mix of vendor solutions and custom development. Preference will be given to candidates with an application development or business analyst background. Experience with Agile development methodologies Required 4 Years Experience with business analysis, creating and maintaining documentation, translating between business and technical stakeholders, Required and ensuring deliverables meet customer goals. Required 4 Years Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for customer. Required 4 Years Facilitate regular status meetings with the project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders. Solicit stakeholder feedback to validate Required priorities and compromises. Required 2 Years Manage risks and track issues throughout the project. Required 2 Years Experience leading agile ceremonies including daily standup meetings, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
