Experienced in design principles, user research, and front-end development to ensure that the product is visually appealing, functional, accessible, and easy to use is essential. As a UI-UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to create exceptional user experiences for our products. You will be involved in the design and development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and conducting user research to implementing and testing user interfaces. Collaborate with fellow designers and product managers to comprehend user requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually captivating user interfaces. Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and analysis of feedback, to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate and communicate design concepts and interactions. Craft interactive and responsive user interfaces focusing on aesthetics, usability, and accessibility standards, utilizing tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end developers, to integrate front-end designs with server-side logic. Iteratively optimize and enhance user experiences based on user feedback and analytics data. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design and development. Participate in design reviews and contribute to the resolution of UI issues and bugs. Support the creation of training materials or documentation for new/enhanced features and processes. Works in a fast-paced, agile, distributed environment. Supports fellow team members as required. Other duties as assigned. REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. 5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design. Proven track record as a UI/UX Designer with a robust portfolio showcasing design and front-end development skills. Understands the fundamental mechanics of front-end web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap). Familiarity with user-centered design principles, usability testing methodologies, and information architecture. Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps). Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and create and communicate clear requirements to a development team. Experience with agile development methodologies. Adaptable to change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Inherent curiosity for digital and technical advancements.
