Additionally, determines & analyzes training needs for employees, supervisors, and managers. WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Determining training policies and procedures Designing, developing, and implementing training curricula. Experience working with management and supervisory personnels to assess training needs Formulating and developing plans, procedures, and programs including web-based and instructor led courses, job aids, videos etc. Organizing and developing alignment with internal technology general controls to establish evaluation procedures for training needs Evaluating and coordinates training courses offered by technology online learning vendors and contractual training obligations/value adds Maintains a record of training programs and attended by department employees. Experience with web-based learning management systems and e-Learning authoring tools to create content. i.e. Adobe Captivate Professional personnel experience involving training in a formal classroom and or the development of curriculum and lesson plans for information technology learners. i.e., new employee orientation Proficient in MSOffice 365 suite of products. Experience in project planning and development. Experience gathering, compiling, and analyzing data, producing information. and interpreting results to create reports and training plans.
