Position: Mainframe Developer Work Location : Miami, FL (Hybrid) Need Local to FL Required Work Authorization: All Visa Except OPT/CPT Project Type: Long Term Project Must-have skills: IDMS (Integrated Database Management Systems), COBOL/JCL/Z/OS mainframe environment, 5+ y of exp in systems analysis, development, and project implementation, ADSO, IDD, ADSC, MAPC, DDDL, DMLO, OLP, PFCH, and DME, Batch, Job Control Language (JCL), SAS, VegaSoft, VSAM, SPF, TSO/ISPF Requirements: Recent experience in systems analysis, development and project implementation (5+ years); Programming experience in an IDMS/COBOL /JCL/Z/OS mainframe environment (5+ years); Experience in IDMS programming language, online IDMS programs and transactions, IDMS COBOL online and Batch coding (ADSO, IDD, ADSC, MAPC, DDDL, DMLO, OLP, PFCH, DME); Experience with Job control language (JCL); Experience with SAS, VegaSoft, VSAM, SPF, TSO/ISPF in the Z/OS mainframe environment; Experience with IDMS screen mapping (symbolic and physical); Experience in application production support and IT customer service; Experience leading a team Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Provide technical and system support for the Code Enforcement Section; Provide technical support to the existing Legacy Code Enforcement system (COBOL/IDMS), and its multiple integrations with other County systems, including XML integrations using Vegasoft; Provide technical support to the system's substantial batch reporting functionality; Provide technical support to Ad hoc processes required to satisfy complex reporting requirements; Develop documentation and track system changes; Work with business analysts and end-users to test and implement new reporting requirements and integrations with external system.
