This will require working with the engineering team and server business owners to identify how the servers are patched and restarted. Patching will include OS and 3rd party products as needed. This will include standard patching cycles as well as expedited patching, with after hours and weekend deployments. This position will also work with BigFix to deploy/remove agent and applications to the Windows server environment as needed. You will also be responsible to generate reports within the BigFix applications for security and audit request. Extensive BigFix operational experience is required, as well as, BigFix application upgrades.
