Review release notes and other materials related to new releases Review and support QA test activities for complex changes and monitoring changes implemented Provide recommendations regarding the readiness of releases for production. Analyze and develop business process solutions Minimum Requirements (including but not limited to): Minimum of a bachelors degree or higher 3+ years of similar work experience (business analysis and testing/QA) 3 + years of experience supporting Social Services and Eligibility programs such as CalWIN C-IV LRS CalHEERS County eligibility experience 3+ years of design and testing of eligibility systems in a QA role 2+ years of experience developing and reviewing requirements and tracking requirements through implementation. Experience working on public sector projects (local/state/ federal agencies) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Test experience with modern testing and testing tools such as Selenium.
