Title: IT Scrum Master with Salesforce Location: Remote Duration: 6 to 12 months Required Skills POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : Act as a Scrum Master for Salesforce Commercial Delivery Planning of Deliverables and helping teams monitor performance Establish team level cadence and drive team level ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, team retrospectives, backlog refinement, etc.) Facilitate and participate in technical discussions to drive issues to conclusion Communicate findings effectively at multiple levels within the organization Provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to encourage adoption of good Agile practices Encourage and facilitate cross-team coordination and collaboration Find and work to remove development and project roadblocks.
