3+
years of experience as a Technical Project Manager; experience leading projects
with implementation, migration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 environment;
energy experience.

Requirements:

Experience as a Technical Project Manager;

Experience lead and manage the implementation of
new M365 features, applications, and services, ensuring alignment with business
needs and objectives;

Experience with the migration of data and
applications to M365, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption;

Conduct user training and adoption initiatives, promoting
effective utilization of M365 tools

Preferred:

Experience in energy industry

Responsibilities
include but are not limited to the following:

Collaborate with
cross-functional teams (IT, business units, stakeholders) to gather
requirements, define solutions, and manage project expectations;

Monitor project
progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as
needed;

Develop and
maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, plans, and
risk assessments;

Stay current on
the latest M365 technologies and trends, recommending and implementing innovative
solutions;

Foster a
collaborative and results-oriented environment within the project team;

Develop and execute project
plans, defining scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and communication
strategies.
