Role : Sr Technical and Functional Consultant Hyperion Location : New Jersey Experience and Skills : <beyond the typical experience and skills as defined by the Level PM/Program Manager position, list any skills and or experiences that you want to call out/emphasize as critical and elaborate on the attributes of those skills that you want to highlight.> Hyperion Tool Technical proficiency and Excel SmartView reporting experience Finance FP&A processes experience SAP & TM1 tool knowledge and experience is an added advantage Mature and able to work under pressure with diverse teams and stakeholders Ability to navigate an ambiguous work environment Experience with establishing and maintaining relationship with business stakeholders Experience with project co-ordination/administration and governance. Entrepreneurial skills and mindset including; strong emotional intelligence, ownership and commitment to the project, excellent judgement and learning agility. Analytical and critical thinking skills to solution risks and issues Ability to communicate effectively and conduct trainings Ability to prioritize Ability to maintain resiliency and manage change Ability to take active leadership and make timely decisions Key Responsibilities: Create power point presentation for Hyperion training to new business users.
