Configure and customize ServiceNow SAMPro modules to meet business requirements. Develop and implement enhancements to optimize software asset management processes. Knowledge on plugins available for publishers in SAMPro Knowledge on publisher licensing Integrate SAMPro with other ServiceNow modules and third-party systems as needed. Ensure seamless data flow between SAMPro, ITOM, Asset Management, CMDB and related ITSM processes. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in Software Asset Management and ServiceNow development. Implement best practices for software license compliance and optimization. Provide training to end-users and support teams on the use of SAMPro modules. Create and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Systems Team (win and non-win), Deskside Team (win and non-win), Finance, HAM and SAM team, to ensure a holistic approach to SAMPro delivery. Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems like SCCM and Flexera using API, web services, and middleware. Knowledge of data synchronization and integration best practices. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into SAMPro solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex SAMPro challenges. Ability to analyze data and provide insights for software license optimization. Project management skills to lead SAMPro implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of SAMPro configurations to ensure system reliability and data accuracy. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAMPro implementations. Skills and Qualifications: ServiceNow platform expertise, with a focus on IT Asset Management and Software Asset Management modules. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies. Experience with ServiceNow scripting and customization. SAMPro Experience: Proven experience in designing and implementing Software Asset Management solutions using ServiceNow SAMPro. Familiarity with software license compliance, optimization, and auditing. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in IT Asset Management.
