The BSA/SM will be a dynamic team member focused on driving team standardization and efficiencies. You will use your analytical skills and system knowledge to aid stakeholders in defining business requirements and aiding in system (beta) and user acceptance testing. You will lead daily activities of the agile scrum process and enable team performance analytics. This role is an important part of how we deliver solutions to our Accounting and Finance stakeholders. Collaborate directly with end users and stakeholders to understand business process and clearly define business requirements Analyze current and new business procedures to determine root cause of pain points Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents that enable engineers to build effective solutions Assist with end user documentation and training as needed Beta/system test new development deliverables for quality assurance prior to user acceptance testing Identify automation opportunities, reducing reliance on manual processes Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling to ensure solution meets business needs Support product manager on roadmap planning and prioritization Partner with Technical Program Manager/ Project Managers to align priorities and User Story allocations with project plan, identifying area of risk to the project timeline Utilize agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions Schedule and facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes Manage resource capacity within each Sprint ensuring resources are not over allocated Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand team performance http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=102408&uid= |
